Cowley festival of Christmas trees 2020

Saturday 12th - Sunday 20th December 2020

"Joy to the World"

at St. James Church, Beauchamp Lane, Cowley, OX4 3LF

As we move from the months of lockdown and with continuing social distancing, we are delighted to be sharing the 2020 festival with you and looking forward to be 'being community' again, albeit without  some of our events.  The church looks beautiful with  around 30 trees and a myriad of angels ithe heavenly host, which we hope will bring joy to Cowley.

Come along with family and friends to view the magical display, hear live music and sit on the angel chair for a photo.  Accept the challenge to estimate how many angels there are!

Sadly we cannot offer you a cup of tea or coffee and cake,  or the chance to attend a concert,  pop up choir or Messy Christmas party  but a group from Jubilee Brass will play in the churchyard on Saturday 12 December, 11.30-12.30

Entry is free : we encourage donations by cash, contactless, QR code

Our 'Cowley United' festival in 2019 raised £1,500 shared between our two local children's charities,

ROSY and SeeSaw (see links below)
